Can AxEstimates use our existing spreadsheets?
Yes. The product is designed to import supported Excel estimate files and index the estimating data they already contain.
Do we have to standardize every spreadsheet first?
Some consistency helps, but the import workflow is designed to identify headers, suggest close matches, and let the user confirm or edit mappings.
Does AxEstimates change the original Excel files?
No. Imported information is indexed into the AxEstimates database while source files remain untouched.
Where is the data stored?
The current product is a Windows desktop application with a local database. Cloud synchronization and team-hosted options may be added later.
How much does it cost?
The first 30 days are free. After that, the subscription is $15 per seat each month with no annual contract.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The subscription is month-to-month after the trial. Cancellation terms are governed by the checkout and Terms of Service.
How do I get support?
