Terms of Service

Important: These are starter terms and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production use.

Service

AxEstimates is subscription software intended to import, organize, search, and analyze estimating data. Features may change as the product develops.

Subscription and trial

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, new subscriptions include a 30-day free trial and then renew monthly at $15 per seat. Stripe checkout terms, quantities, taxes, and displayed billing dates control the transaction.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges unless required by law or explicitly approved.

License

During an active subscription, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AxEstimates for the number of purchased seats. The software may not be resold, reverse engineered, or redistributed except where applicable law prohibits such restrictions.

Customer data

Customers remain responsible for their estimate files, backups, access controls, accuracy, and lawful use. AxEstimates is an aid to professional judgment and does not guarantee estimate accuracy, project outcomes, labor performance, or pricing results.

Availability and updates

The service may be updated, interrupted, or modified. We may discontinue unsupported versions or features with reasonable notice when practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AxEstimates and Axton Enterprises are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding three months.
