Information we collect

We may collect account and contact information, subscription and transaction details provided through Stripe, support communications, and basic website usage or security logs.

Estimating data

The current AxEstimates desktop product is designed to store imported estimating information in a local application database. AxEstimates does not receive that local estimating data unless a user intentionally sends it to us for support, backup, synchronization, or another enabled service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide and improve the service, process subscriptions, deliver support, prevent abuse, communicate product changes, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that support payment processing, hosting, email, analytics, security, or legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
